VERY SAD
lunch box broke after being used 2 days...Not very happy with this as the lunch box is rather on the expensive side...It was the peace one with AMYA on it...

The problem was handled VERY quickly! My granddaughter and I are VERY HAPPY!!! Thank you Mark for handling this so very quickly!

I bought 2 of the lunch boxes. The latches broke off during the first two weeks of school. Now after 3 months the handles keep coming off. They are too expensive to replace even before the first half of the school year is over! They are very cute and my twins love them but they are poor quality.

The same thing happened to my granddaughters...They replace it for me, but that one also did the same thing.
I feel the same way you are feeling...as they are rather pricey...but so cute...but not well made. -

I do not have an order number, or any of that information any more. I had bought the peace lunch box a year or so ago. And it was replaced with another one, and the other one did the same thing the first one did.
I had just given up on the issue. Now I see that you are offering refunds or replacements again....Do I get that option too, since it was a year ago for me that this happened?

Were you having issues with your handle or the clasp? We'd be happy to replace the lunchbox again, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund since the order was over a year ago, and since we replaced it once already.

Yes! That is where the problem was with BOTH of them...
I'd be grateful if you replace it. Amay LOVED it, and was heartbroken when she could NO longer use it. It was her Favorite lunch box.
Do you need any more information, other than it was the Peace one, and the name on it was AMYA.
