Secret Sale Code isn't working!

HELP! I'm trying to order some gifts using my secret sale code of HUSH20 that expires on 11/7/11 (which is today!). However, I keep getting an error message of "The coupon code you entered couldn't be applied to your order". Can you help please? I'm going to place the order in good faith that you'll be able to resolve this issue. THANKS!!
