I may be losing my mind but I SWEAR I ordered a personalized clipboard (Chloe), 2 personalized folders (Chloe and Sydney) and a set of stickers (Sydney) a couple weeks ago. BUT when I pull up my account nothing is listed and I haven't received a shipment or shipping notification. I distinctly remember placing the order for upcoming birthdays and am worried it never was submitted (and obviously not under my login), PLEASE advise.
