Great Customer Service and a Great Company!
I couldn't think of what to get for my twin's kindergarten teachers.And as always, I waited until the last minute to decide! I decided to get each teacher a personalized clip board and order them expedited. (I should ALWAYS just come to this website first) I contacted your customer service to see when my order would ship and if I needed to go get flowers instead of cool clip boards. Your wonderful CS rep was not only quick to respond, but was very friendly in her email. She told me she would make sure my order was sent out in time for the kids to give to their teachers. I contacted again (I get antsy) and she made sure it was sent and sent me tracking info. Her name is Rachel Olson. Thank you Rachel for your quick response and polite replies! It makes all the difference! Kudos to you!
