Give books a universal appeal

I'm ready to order several books for different children. I saw the "When I grow up" book and thought I'd like to order 2. But the first illustration has the classroom with the American flag and the little boy it's for does not live in the US (neither do I). If you want to ensure lots of international orders, you have to ensure it appeals to all. It's not that hard! Just remove such specific symbols.
