I was not given the opportunity to enter FREESHIP for free shipping therefore I have a shipping charge. This should be credited. I did get this through mamapedia. If FREESHIP is not included then this should be made clear from the beginning. I would not have added $15.00 worth of merchandise to get the free shipping. Thank you. Andrea

I also just placed an (large) order and I am disappointed that I was not able to take advantage of the FREESHIP. When I shop other sites (shutterfly for example) they allow you to use a coupon/voucher/promotional code as-well-as the Free Shipping for an order over a cerain amount.
