error in printing

I ordered a frecklebox book for my niece and few weeks ago. I missed the box that i should have typed my name to be included in the story. I immediatelysend an email with my order number asking to please include the correct info. I was never given a reply, i received the book and it makes no sense, its missing parts throughout the whole book. Its printed nicely, but i paid 35.00 for a book that makes no sense. I had hoped that customer service would have fixed the problem, but they never did. I hope to be able to recommend this site and hope frecklebox can find a solution to make this right.
