Dissapointed.
Over a week and a half ago I placed an order for two personalized books for friends that recently had babies. I never received a confimation e-mail or an e-mail thanking me for my order over $60. I would appreciate an e-mail with something to be able to track my order somehow, being my credit card was already charged. Customer satisfaction seems not to be a top priority for your company.
