I am trying to redeem my livingsocial deal. I have the code & I input it and one of two things happens - either nothing at all happens or your system says the code can't be used. I have never even gone to your website before and this is the first deal I've done with livingsocial. (If things don't improve, it will be my last.) I have $30 to spend on this deal and the personalized lunchbox is what I'm trying to order, which is $29...anyway. Can you help? I've also alerted LS about this, too. Thanks much~
