Broken latch

I am dissapointed my son's lunch box latch broke after 2 months of light use.....He is in 4th grade and gets hot lunch too so this box is maybe used 2-3 times a week, into his backpack and out for lunch then back in and home. The box itself has no scratches or dents but the latch completly is gone - perhaps the weld (?) wasn't good enough.
