add to an order?

I placed an order today (very excited) then realized I forgot one childs' gift and I wanted to add to my original order - Is that possible? It's Sunday so I don't think it's in production yet....And if possible, then everything could be shipped together. Any thoughts?

    Hi Michelle,
    Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, we can't add to an order that's already been placed. There's two ways to handle this...

    1. Cancel the original order and replace it with all the names.
    Make sure to email info@frecklebox.com and let them know the original order number to cancel.

    2. Place a 2nd order for just the missing name and email info@frecklebox.com your two order numbers. They will make sure you are credited for the freight charge on the 2nd order.
